Géraldine Leduc

Géraldine Leduc is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Consultante - manager at WILLING since April 2023, Géraldine is focused on securing the IT startup for a major player in the Supply chain industry. Prior to this, Géraldine founded and managed Before School, opening three micro-crèches within two years while establishing a strong ethos around well-being and Montessori pedagogy. Géraldine has also contributed to Decathlon France as an external consultant on RSE and 3P diagnostics, held roles at Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance overseeing commercial management and project coordination, and worked with Ernst & Young Consulting Services on organizational advice and process optimization. Géraldine's career also includes positions at Capgemini, Auchan, and Carrefour, showcasing a diverse skill set in project management, operational optimization, and strategic planning.
