Brian R. Hole

Brian R. Hole is the current President at Willis Lease Finance. Brian has worked in the aviation industry for many years, beginning as Counsel to IAE International Aero Engines AG in 2008. In this role, they were responsible for structuring and negotiating engine sales, aircraft finance deals, managing litigation, and overseeing compliance functions. Brian also served as primary counsel for the company's leasing company customers.

In 2012, Brian became the Owner and President of Aviation Opportunity Management LLC. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's operations, including sourcing and structuring debt, managing tax efficiencies and special purpose companies, and managing outside legal and tax counsel.
