Shannon Kytle has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Shannon began their career at Delta Air Lines in 1989 as an Aviation Maintenance Technician, performing engine testing, troubleshooting, and repair. Shannon then moved on to become a Team Leader, supervising a crew responsible for engine disassembly and assembly in the shop for repair. Shannon later became a Fleet Technical Analyst, where they analyzed trends and managed the operational quality of assigned engines.
