Catherine Rose Nayve

Catherine Rose Nayve is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as the Regional HR Services Manager at WTW since December 2017, where Catherine manages HR operations across the APAC region and leads a team focused on workforce scaling and employee support. Previously, Catherine held the position of Global HR Services Lead, successfully transitioning HR Data Management processes to the GHRS Manila Service Center and enhancing onboarding processes for US volume hiring. Catherine's career also includes significant roles at CGI as Global HR Team Lead, where project management and process improvement initiatives were successfully executed, and prior positions in HR at Pharma Dynamic, Inc., and Building Care Corporation. Catherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Beda University.
