Douglas Lazo

Douglas Lazo, MSHRM, currently serves as the Director of Global Learning and Development at WTW, a position held since November 2019. With a robust background in learning and development, Lazo has previously held roles as Associate Director and Global Learning and Development Manager at the same company. Lazo's expertise is demonstrated through significant collaboration with leadership to create impactful learning experiences, leveraging knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and various instructional design models. Prior experience includes serving as a Training Specialist at Western Digital, where Lazo managed programs for approximately 70,000 global employees, and as a Training and Development Specialist at Microsoft, focusing on training content development. Lazo also has experience as a District Office Intern for the US Congress. Lazo holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from California State University, Fullerton.
