Director, Employee Experience at Willis Towers Watson

Jeff Pekar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee experience and strategic communications. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at WTW since 2007, Jeff advises clients on communication and change management techniques, collaborates with stakeholders on talent management strategies, and leads project management efforts while co-leading the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry for the Work & Reward line of business globally from 2021 to 2022. Prior to WTW, Jeff was a Strategic Communications Advisor at Bell Canada from 1996 to 2006, where notable accomplishments included leading communications during significant events, establishing the Amber Alert partnership with the OPP, and enhancing employee communications through various initiatives. Jeff holds an MBA in Marketing Management and Corporate Strategy from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree focused on Organizational Behaviour from Concordia University.
