John MacHon

John Machon is a seasoned professional in business development and sales within the retirement and savings sector, currently serving as Managing Director of Business Development for Retirement (Europe & International) at Willis Towers Watson since July 2011. John has held multiple leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson, including Global Head of Retirement Sales and Global Head of Business Development. Prior to this, John worked at Aon Hewitt and Aon Consulting as Chief Commercial Officer for the EMEA region, and at Mercer as a Business Development Consultant. John completed a BA (Hons) in Public Administration from The Manchester Metropolitan University and attended Bishop Wordsworth Grammar School.
