Prior to joining Willis, John held senior leadership positions at Mercer, WageWorks, and InsWeb, where John was involved in sales, client development, and strategic partnerships within the healthcare and employee benefits industries. John began their career at Blue Shield and Health Net, where John held various executive roles in sales and marketing. John earned their education at California State University, Northridge.
