Marcos Morales

Marcos Morales is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive compensation and human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as Diretor Executivo for Work & Rewards Brazil at WTW since October 2003, Marcos also holds the position of Executive Compensation Director for Brazil and has taken on roles such as Regional Director for both the Latin America Human Capital Group and Latin America Data Services. Additionally, Marcos is an independent member of the Human Resources, Compensation, and Governance Committee at Blau Farmacêutica and serves on the Compensation Committee of the Câmara Interbancária de Pagamentos. Prior experience includes over 13 years at Mercer Human Resource Consulting as Director for Data Services across Brazil, Argentina, and Chile. Education includes a Bachelor in Business Administration from Universidade Padre Anchieta and advanced courses in finance, accounting for board members, and board member development from the Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa.
