Sandy Dechter

Sandy Dechter boasts extensive experience in investment operations and management across several leading financial institutions. Currently serving as Head of Delegated Investment Operations at Willis Towers Watson since August 2018, Sandy previously held various senior leadership roles at Northern Trust Corporation, including Senior Vice President for Fixed Income and Equity Operations, and Global Collateral Management. With a strong background in operational risk and process management from positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and a foundation as Director of Finance and Operations at Telenisus, Sandy has demonstrated expertise in driving operational efficiency, enhancing stakeholder service quality, and managing large teams globally. Sandy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and an MBA in Management and International Business from Xavier University.
