Stef Bank

Stef Bank is an experienced professional currently serving as Head of Broking for The Netherlands and Director of Broking Strategy for the Benelux region at WTW since October 2022. Previously, Stef worked at The HEINEKEN Company from July 2018 to October 2022, focusing on capital efficiency projects related to working capital optimization and asset disposal management. Prior roles include Insurance Manager and Broker Property at Marsh from January 2014 to June 2018, as well as an internship at Concordia de Keizer. Stef also held the position of Chairman at Stichting Student en Praktijk in 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in International Financial Economics from Utrecht University and a Bachelor in Economics from the same institution, alongside a specialized program in co-insurance and insurance from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
