Tom Lauber

Tom Lauber is a seasoned professional in risk management with extensive experience in loss control services. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Risk Control Specialist at Willis Towers Watson since October 2021, Lauber previously held the position of Loss Control Manager at CCMSI from 2019 to October 2021. Prior to that, Lauber was with Crum & Forster where roles included Director of Risk Engineering for Risk Management/National Accounts and Director of Western Region Risk Engineering from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, Lauber held positions at Sentry Insurance, Hinz Claim Management, Inc., Lockton Companies, and Aon, demonstrating a robust background in risk management. Lauber holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a focus on Chemistry, both from Northern Illinois University.
