Ximena Suárez

Ximena Suárez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Global Benefits Management and International Marketing, currently serving as the Latin America Lead for Global Benefits Management at WTW since March 2012. Suárez has played a pivotal role in developing regional sales strategies, consulting global clients on various aspects of benefits management and wellbeing, managing international teams, and contributing to excellence centers in both wellbeing and benefits management. With a strong academic background, including a Master's degree in Internationalization from Universitat de Barcelona and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidad Católica del Uruguay, Suárez has also held teaching positions in international marketing and has received multiple Chairman Awards for outstanding contributions in recruitment and project management. Prior professional roles include logistics and international trade analysis at Akzo Nobel Coatings.
