Jolene McLaren

Jolene McLaren began their work experience in 1992 as a Regional Support Manager for ODEON Cinemas Group. In 2005, they moved to Cattles PLC, where they worked as a Senior Branch Manager until 2011. In 2012, they joined Willmott Dixon Construction as a Bid Manager and later became a Senior Bid Manager in 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to WILLMOTT DIXON HOLDINGS LIMITED as a National Strategic Bidder. McLaren then returned to Willmott Dixon Construction in 2019 as a Regional Framework/New Business Manager and later took on the roles of Frameworks Manager and Acting Regional Head of New Business at Willmott Dixon Interiors.

Jolene McLaren's education history begins in 1989 when they attended Torc High School and obtained their GCSE qualification. Jolene continued their studies at the same school from 1991 to 1993, where they completed 2 A Levels. In 1996, Jolene enrolled at Tamworth College and earned a degree in NEBS Supervisory Management in 1997. Moving forward, in 2012, they attended Solihull College and pursued a Chartered Institute of Marketing degree, specializing in Marketing, which they completed in 2013. Furthering their professional development, Jolene obtained several additional certifications. In 2013, they received the Chartered Institute of Marketing & Management certification. In 2016, Jolene obtained certifications in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) from Frash Air Coaching. Lastly, in 2018, they completed the APMP Foundation certification. In 2021, Jolene briefly attended Cambridge Judge Business School, although the degree and field of study are not specified.
