Richard Freeman

Richard Freeman has extensive experience in the construction industry, having worked at Willmott Dixon since January 2012. Richard has held various titles including Principal New Business Manager, Senior New Business Manager, and New Business Manager. Prior to their time at Willmott Dixon, Richard worked at Birmingham City Council from December 2002 to December 2012 in property maintenance and repairs.
