Rick Szcodronski

Rick Szcodronski is a seasoned professional in product management and engineering with extensive experience across various organizations. As the Senior Director of Product Management at Willow since March 2020, Rick leads a global product team, focusing on establishing product vision and strategy for the WillowTwin Platform, and leveraging partnerships with Microsoft to enhance IoT and Digital Twin technologies. Prior roles include Director of Product Management at Willow, where Rick oversaw Platform and Data teams, and a leadership position at Environmental Systems Design, Inc., guiding smart building practices. Rick also served as Chief Technology Officer at cohesion, where the focus was on Intelligent Building Platforms. Educational qualifications include dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Environmental Science from Duke University.
