Tom Ben-David, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the fields of energy transformation and sustainable building technology, currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Willow since August 2022. Previous roles at Willow include Interim Product Manager for Sustainability and Senior Solutions Architect, focusing on innovative propTech products, data-driven solutions, and operational optimization. Prior experience at Buro Happold as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer emphasized life science MEP design, project management, and HVAC systems. Academic research at Drexel University included roles as a Doctoral Researcher, exploring indoor air quality and building energy modeling.
