Leepakshi Bindra

Leepakshi Bindra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Leepakshi is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Willowglen Systems since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Intermediate Software Engineer at the same company from February 2021 to June 2023.

Before joining Willowglen Systems, Leepakshi had a brief stint as a Data Science Fellow at Cybera Inc in August and September 2020.

Leepakshi also gained valuable research and teaching experience at the University of Alberta. Leepakshi worked as a Graduate Research Assistant from May 2019 to August 2020 and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from September 2018 to April 2020.

Leepakshi's earlier experience includes roles at Verizon Data Services, where they worked as an Analyst from May 2018 to August 2018 and as a Software Engineer from July 2016 to April 2018.

Lastly, they completed an internship at the National Remote Sensing Center, ISRO in May and June 2015.

Through their various roles, Leepakshi has developed strong skills in software engineering, data science, research, and teaching, making their a valuable asset to any organization in need of their expertise.

Leepakshi Bindra completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Alberta. It is unknown when they started and finished this program.

Before pursuing their master's degree, Leepakshi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Gitam University. Leepakshi attended Gitam University from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Leepakshi obtained several certifications. In June 2020, they completed the course "Sentiment Analysis with Deep Learning using BERT" from Coursera. Leepakshi also earned the following certifications from Aspiring Minds: "AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist" and "AMCAT Certified Engineering Trainee - Electronics and Semiconductor Engineering" in September 2014, and "AMCAT Certified Engineering Trainee - Telecom Engineering" also in September 2014.

Furthermore, Leepakshi acquired several certifications related to Agile methodologies and software development. In August 2022, they obtained the certifications "Agile Foundations" and "Agile Software Development: Scrum for Developers" from LinkedIn. Leepakshi also completed the certification "Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management" from LinkedIn in August 2022.
