Sophia Sasime has a diverse work experience in project management and agile methodologies. Sophia began their career at the Ministry of Environment as a Project Manager Scrum Master, where they focused on improving team productivity and meeting quality standards. Sophia then moved on to Scotiabank, where they served as an Agile Coach, leading Scrum and Kanban teams and promoting effective tool usage for better collaboration. At Canadian Pacific, they worked as a Project Manager Scrum Master, collaborating closely with the Product Owner and facilitating knowledge sharing among peers. Currently, Sophia is an IT Scrum Master at Willowglen Systems, leading the transition to Agile methodology and managing software development teams. Sophia is known for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivering high-quality projects within deadlines. Sophia holds various certifications including EIT, EP, PMP, SAFE, PSPO, PSM, and SEC.
