A.A. Finno, CAE, CPP, currently serves as a Senior UX Researcher at TELUS Digital since December 2022. Prior experience includes the role of CX, Market, and Survey Research Manager at CFA Institute from January 2019 to December 2022, as well as Senior Research Director at ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership from March 2017 to August 2018. A.A. held the position of Director of Strategic Research and Evaluation at the National Investor Relations Institute from 2012 to 2017. A.A. holds a Graduate Certificate in Survey Design and Data Analysis from The George Washington University, a Master's degree from Augusta University, and a Bachelor's degree from Coastal Carolina University, along with a Master's degree in Marketing Research from Southern New Hampshire University.
