Courtney Michienzi

Courtney (Burd) Michienzi is a seasoned professional in program and account management with extensive experience in marketing services. Currently serving as Director of Delivery at WillowTree since August 2023, following the acquisition of MAARK, where Courtney held the position of Director, Program Management from February 2022 to July 2023. Prior experience includes leading cross-functional teams as Account Director and Senior Project/Account Manager at Tank Design from November 2014 to February 2022, focusing on web design, branding, and marketing campaigns. Courtney's tenure at The Rockport Company included roles as Associate Manager of Global Retail Concept Marketing and Global Marketing Coordinator, contributing to global marketing strategies. An alumnus of Boston University, Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication/Advertising and a Master’s degree in Global Communication, Marketing & Advertising, complemented by a background as a Division I student-athlete in women's lacrosse.
