Majid Bastani

Majid Bastani has a strong background in engineering and technology, with a focus on leading and managing teams in various industries. Majid is currently working as an Engineering Director at WillowTree, where they oversee multi-disciplinary teams and delivers flagship products for renowned brands. Prior to this, Majid worked at IBM as a Solutions Architect and Cloud & Cognitive Team Lead. Earlier in their career, Majid worked at SAS Institute as a Senior Software Engineer, where they led the design and development of SAS Data Preparation product and enabled the adoption of Cloud-Native development and CI/CD methodologies. Majid also worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at SAS Institute, where they developed automated testing infrastructure and implemented innovative techniques for testing applications in bidirectional languages.
