Earlier in their career, Mark worked at Musictoday as a Manager of Upsell Operations and Merchandise Account Manager. Mark also held the position of Associate Account Manager at Musictoday and worked as a Corporate Communications Intern at Warner Music Group.

Mark Dennison attended the Berklee College of Music from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music Business/Management. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2001, they studied Cello Performance at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Additionally, Mark has obtained certifications including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist in 2022.
