Judi Bader, CPTM, has extensive work experience in the field of people development and learning. Judi currently serves as the Sr. Director of People, Learning and Development at Willy's Mexicana Grill, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's people planning, growth strategies, and operational performance measurements. Working alongside a dedicated team, Judi focuses on creating exceptional team and guest experiences by implementing best-in-class culture, learning, and development processes, programs, and tools. Prior to their current position, they worked at Inspire Brands for over 16 years as the Sr. Director of Training & Ops Learning Experience.

Judi Bader, CPTM, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Leadership from Liberty University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Conflict Resolution, Public Speaking, Visual Communications, Workplace Communication, and Developing Effective Teams, from Sophia Learning. Judi is also a Certified Professional Training Management (CPTM) professional, certified by Training Industry, Inc.
