Rajesh Kumar Jain

Rajesh Kumar Jain has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rajesh Kumar is currently the Head of Procurement for Wilmar International's Africa region, where they lead the procurement strategy for various products across 10 countries. Prior to joining Wilmar International, they worked at Henkel for several years in various roles, including Regional Purchasing Manager and Purchase Manager, responsible for sourcing raw materials for different regions and product lines. Rajesh Kumar also has experience in procurement and project engineering roles at companies like Reliance Industries Limited and METAFAB ENTERPRISE. Rajesh Kumar Jain started their career as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Godavari Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd.

Rajesh Kumar Jain holds an MBA degree in Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), which was obtained from 2008 to 2011. Rajesh Kumar also completed a DBM degree in general management from Welingkar Institute of Management in 2004-2005. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Chemical Engineering from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering from 1997 to 2001. In addition, Rajesh has obtained various certifications such as the EXCEED Program from Korn Ferry, The Complete Skilled Negotiator from The Gap Partnership, The Qualification Workshop from ITO Individuum Team Organisation Personalmanagement GmbH, and The Strategic Negotiator from The Gap Partnership.
