Lizet Garcia

Lizet Garcia is the firm's Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for attracting, retaining, developing and motivating more than 1,000 staff employees. Ms. Garcia oversees all human resources functions worldwide, including HR strategy, recruiting, compensation, employee relations, training, leave administration, HRIS, policies and international HR. She designs and administers benefits for more than 2,100 attorneys and staff in 13 offices worldwide and also is responsible for the management of legal secretaries throughout the firm.
