Alicia Parsons

Alicia Parsons is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of People Partnering at Wilmington plc since January 2022, where responsibilities include developing and implementing the People Strategy and advising on people-related matters at the divisional level. Prior to this role, Alicia worked as HR Business Partner at Wilmington Healthcare, facilitating strategic HR operations, and held the position of HR Manager at Wilmington plc, supporting a client group while establishing the HR Shared Services function. Previous experience includes roles at Clyde & Co LLP as Senior HR Officer, Slater & Gordon Lawyers as HR Advisor, and King & Wood Mallesons as HR Officer. Alicia began a career in HR as a People & Development Administrator at De Vere Venues.
