Agata Wagenknecht

Agata Wagenknecht currently serves as the Head of People Partnering at STRV, a position held since June 2022, where responsibilities include supporting the Sales department, implementing learning and development strategies, and leading a team of People Partners. Prior to STRV, Agata worked at Unicorn from November 2018 to June 2022 as a People Business Partner and HR Specialist, focusing on infrastructure and cloud services, as well as managing personnel matters for over 70 employees. Agata's earlier experience includes roles at Inditex as an HR & Payroll Specialist and at Human Capital Advisory Group as an Executive Assistant. Agata holds a Master's degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Czech Technical University in Prague.
