Kaushik Goswami

Kaushik Goswami has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Kaushik is currently serving as the Senior Vice President, CCO at Wilmington Trust since October 2021. From 2015 to 2019, Kaushik worked at Wilmington Trust as the Vice President, Senior Product Manager. Kaushik'sresponsibilities included product development, strategic planning, marketing, and asset growth for the firm's proprietary investment products.

Earlier in their career, Kaushik held roles at Sprint as the Manager, Network Development from 2011 to 2015 and at LCC as the Director, Managed Services from 2005 to 2011. At Sprint, they managed a billion-dollar deployment of the company's modernization program and at LCC, they led the Radio Access Network Consulting and Managed Services, generating significant revenues and overseeing a diverse team.

Kaushik also worked at Tata Steel as a Senior Officer in the Automation Systems Integration division from 1997 to 1999. In this role, they developed sensor systems for SCADA systems and automation products.

Kaushik Goswami holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, Strategy, Marketing & Analytics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Kaushik also obtained a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in August 2009. Kaushik completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Telecommunication and Computers from The George Washington University - School of Engineering & Applied Science in the years 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communications from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra in the years 1993 to 1997. Kaushik'ssecondary education was completed at Loyola School Jamshedpur, where they earned the ISCE degree in Science (Bio-Math).
