Dr. Mahmud al-Haj Mustafa

Dr. Mahmud Al-Haj Mustafa serves as the Senior Vice President of Group Operations at Wilo Group since July 2018. Prior to this role, Dr. Al-Haj Mustafa held several key positions, including Vice President Operations & Managing Director at Recticel Automobilsysteme GmbH from August 2015 to June 2018, and various leadership roles at Takata AG, including Director Global Operations Excellence & Business Processes and Director EMEA Steering Wheel Operations. Dr. Al-Haj Mustafa also contributed to Magna Mirrors & Magna Closures as Director of Six Sigma & VA/VE, and served as the Director of Prototyping at Kautex Textron from 2000 to 2008. Academically, Dr. Al-Haj Mustafa obtained a Dr.-Ing. in Maschinenbau from the University of Duisburg-Essen and a Master Black Belt from TEQ in 2011.
