Natalia Embulaeva

Natalia Embulaeva is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Group VP HR Emerging Markets at Wilo Group since September 2013, Natalia has previously held key positions including HR Director at Air Liquide and TUI Travel PLC, and has managed HR functions for multiple organizations such as Weatherford and MI-SWACO. With a strong legal foundation from a Magister of Law degree obtained at CA State University, Natalia also possesses a GPHR certification. Previous responsibilities included overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with local laws, and engaging in negotiations with trade unions and workers' representatives at British American Tobacco.
