Craig Welik

Craig Welik has extensive experience in call center operations and sales management. Craig currently serves as the Director of Call Center in the Intake Department at Wilshire Law Firm. Previously, Craig held various positions at Public Storage, where Craig led sales teams, implemented new technologies, and managed performance metrics. Prior to that, Craig held leadership roles at Donor Services Group, overseeing telemarketing operations and managing campaign strategies for charitable organizations. Craig is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor's degree in Humanities/Music.
