Rachel Vinson

Rachel Vinson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in class action litigation and various legal roles. Currently serving as a Senior Attorney at Wilshire Law Firm since January 2025, Rachel previously held positions as an Associate Attorney at both Wilshire Law Firm and Hanson Bridgett LLP. Rachel’s background includes substantive editorial work as Executive Articles Editor for the Washington University Journal of Law & Policy and participation in the Washington University School of Law Criminal Justice Clinic as a Rule 13 Attorney. Throughout the legal career, Rachel has demonstrated expertise in drafting pleadings, conducting motion practice, and supporting litigants in a range of civil and family law matters. Rachel holds a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Government from Claremont McKenna College.
