Susie Lipa

Susie Lipa has worked in various roles since 2009. In 2009, they were an Intern at Family Counseling and Children Services where they observed family visits, took log notes, organized foster care/adoption binders, attended staff and PRIDE meetings, and documented log notes. In 2010, they were an Intern at the Department of Human Services where they observed a Children’s Protective Services Worker in the field, and their duties included guardianships, documentation, attended court hearing and trials, attended staff meetings, and went on referrals. Susie acquired computer skills, documentation, note-taking, communication, active listening and observing skills. Since 2011, they have been working at Wilson-Bennett Technology, Inc. in roles such as Director of Client Operations, Assistant Coordinator, and National Phonathon Director.

Susie Lipa graduated from Siena Heights University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work.
