Matt Rowley Pe

Matt Rowley, PE, is an experienced civil engineer with a robust background in structural and transportation engineering. Currently serving as Engineer II at Horrocks Engineers since May 2021, Matt has also held the position of Structures Engineer at Wilson & Company, Inc. since October 2016 and previously at Parsons Brinckerhoff from May 2014 to September 2016, where expertise in bridge design and analysis was developed, utilizing AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications and conducting bridge load ratings using AASHTOWare BrR. Early experience includes working as an Engineering Aide for the City of Logan, where Matt designed public utilities and conducted traffic assessments. Matt holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Utah State University.
