Ryan Armstrong

Ryan Armstrong is a seasoned Drainage Engineer currently employed at Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers and Architects since June 2023. Previously, Ryan held the position of Senior Water Resources Engineer at Isthmus Engineering from January 2023 to June 2023, and served as a Project Engineer at Isthmus Engineering from October 2017 to 2022, as well as at RFC Engineering, Inc. from September 2015 to September 2017. Ryan's expertise encompasses coordinating and directing detailed municipal and civil projects, preparing plans, specifications, budgets, and contracts, as well as negotiating and reviewing contracts and cost estimates. Prior experience includes roles as a Design Technician at Uponor and as an Engineering Technician Aide at Hennepin County Public Works. Ryan began career development as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where research focused on environmental effects on wild rice.
