Danielle Rodriguez

Danielle Rodriguez has extensive experience in fleet management and human resources, currently serving as the Fleet Management Government Division leader at Wilson County Chevrolet Buick GMC since December 2015. In this role, Danielle oversees the operations related to fleet management systems and services for government contracts, including procurement and maintenance of vehicles. Prior to this position, Danielle worked as a Human Resource Consultant at Human Resources Consulting, focusing on benefits enrollment and payroll, and as a Policy Advisor for the State of Tennessee, reviewing federal grants. Early career experience includes roles as a Human Resource Manager at SESAC, where Danielle managed employee benefits and contracts, and as a Manager for Stonco, Inc., overseeing lighting operations across multiple states. Danielle holds a Master’s degree in Business Education/Training and Development from Middle Tennessee State University and additional qualifications in Health Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
