Laura Beardsley Ms

Laura Beardsley has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent role being Vice President Human Resources at Wilson Creek Winery since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at BILSTEIN Shock Absorbers from April 2017 to January 2019. Laura also has experience at Loma Linda University Medical Center Murrieta, where they held various roles including Human Resources Director from May 2016 to March 2017, Human Resources Manager from June 2013 to May 2016, Benefits Manager from June 2012 to June 2013, and Human Resources Specialist from June 2010 to June 2012.

Laura Beardsley MS, SPHR pursued their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Central Michigan University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Afterward, they continued their academic journey at Chapman University, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources between 2010 and 2012. In addition to their educational background, Laura obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in June 2013.
