John Rosser has been working in the IT industry for over 15 years. John began their career as a call center manager for Rapiscan Systems in January 2004. In this role, they oversaw telecommunications operations, strategic planning, and management for 7 sites and 250 employees. John also designed and implemented major upgrades and supported help desk operations and data architecture planning. In December 2005, they left Rapiscan Systems to take on the role of Director of IT at Wilson Daniels.
In their current role, John is responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure and ensuring that it meets the needs of the business. John has implemented a number of major upgrades since taking on the role, including migrating the entire company to Microsoft Office 365 and reducing telecommunication costs by $50K. John has also improved MIS server production up-time and saved $70K by implementing cluster fail-over for Hyper-V and completing 15 P2V conversions of approved servers. In addition, they have created a Disaster Recovery plan using Microsoft dynamic Navision and Exchange 2016 with Hyper V replication.
John Rosser's educational career includes studying computer systems networking and telecommunications at Artesia High School and computer and information sciences and support services at the Community College of the Air Force.
