Shannon Coursey is the SVP, National Sales Manager at Wilson Daniels. Prior to this, they were the NY Metro Regional Manager at Vineyard Brands from September 2010 to September 2015. Before that, they were a Fine Wine Consultant at Liberty Wine Selections from April 2008 to September 2010 where they were responsible for acquiring over one hundred successful A+ accounts. Shannon started their career as a Manager of Credit & Gift Card Marketing, Selling Services at Lord & Taylor from February 2004 to October 2007. During their time there, they co-created 'Selling Services' task force which focused on designing a Brand Loyalty program, innovative Customer Service strategies and Special Events, growing Gift Card program ($40 million annually), new clientele marketing project, and company-wide training on each initiative.

Shannon studied communications and public relations at George Mason University, where they earned their BA.
