Dave Borden

Dave started his career in the Petroleum Distribution industry in 1994 and has worked in several key functional roles. Dave brings more than 26 years of industry experience in both sales and operations; 24 of those years in management and senior leadership roles. Technology and Data Analytics has always been a major focus area for Dave, and he has a sophisticated understanding of the business systems and the industry. Dave transitioned into the Director of IT role in 2019, and he brings a unique perspective to the role that allows for future alignment of technology to the long-term vision for Wilcox + Flegel. Dave became part of the Wilcox + Flegel Team in 2013 with the acquisition of the lubricants business from PetroCard, Inc. During his tenure there, he held the position of Regional Operations Manager, overseeing all aspects of the lubricant distribution business in Western Washington. He also held the role of Division Sales Manager, overseeing all sales functions for Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska. He served as a member of the corporate Strategic Planning Committee and played a key role in many corporate initiatives that expanded the company’s distribution territory.
