Jean Riley

Jean Riley is currently a Senior Consultant at the Wilson Group. Prior to their current position, they served as Director of Compensation at Santander Bank from June 2013 to March 2016. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the design and administration of all compensation programs, including Executive compensation and short- and long-term incentive plan design.

From January 2008 to June 2013, Ms. Riley served as Vice President at McLagan, a compensation consulting firm specializing in the financial services industry. In this role, they provided strategic counsel on the design of compensation programs tailored to organization needs.

Prior to their role at McLagan, Ms. Riley served as Vice President at Clark Consulting from May 2007 to November 2009. Before that, they were Compensation and Benefits Manager at Thinking Machines Corporation from January 1985 to December 1991.

Jean Riley has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Fitchburg State University. Jean also has a certification from World at Work as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
