Lauren Rathbun

Director Of Customer Success at Wilson Language Training

Lauren Rathbun has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Starting in 2001, they began their career at Starbucks where they progressed from a barista to an assistant manager and eventually a store manager. During this time, they implemented a new operating system and trained and mentored other managers. Lauren also worked as a licensed store district manager, building relationships and achieving results with key stakeholders. In 2017, they became a district manager, overseeing 12 stores and focusing on talent development and customer experience. In 2022, Lauren joined Wilson Language Training as an Implementation Manager, leading a team and providing logistics and project management. Lauren is currently the Director of Customer Success, where they create and leads a department of customer success managers and focuses on delivering a consistent and valued customer experience. Alongside their Starbucks roles, Lauren also worked as an English Instructor at Rumsey Hall School, teaching English composition and literature and supervising students.

Lauren Rathbun earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Africana Studies & Literary Arts from Brown University between 2004 and 2006. Lauren later obtained a Master's Certification in Human Resources Management from City University of Seattle in 2012-2013.
