Mohamed Yassin

Mohamed Yassin has extensive experience in talent development and sales training, currently serving as the GCC Talent and Development Partner at AstraZeneca since June 2013. In this role, responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to develop talent strategies and conducting needs assessments to address skill gaps. Prior positions at AstraZeneca include Sales Capabilities Development Manager and Sales Trainer, where Mohamed supported sales team training and leadership skill analysis. Mohamed also has experience as a Senior Medical Representative, executing sales and marketing strategies in the respiratory sector. Previous experience includes a role as a Medical Representative at Pfizer and certification as a Session Leader with Wilson Learning. Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Misr International University.
