Allison Blixt

Allison Blixt has a diverse work experience in the legal and professional development fields. Allison currently holds the position of Chief Professional Development, Engagement, and Inclusion Officer at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where they lead the professional development, engagement, and diversity teams. Allison is responsible for various initiatives such as coaching and support, mentoring programs, legal curricula, and diversity strategies. Prior to this role, Blixt served as the Senior Director of Professional Development and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the same company.

Blixt has also held positions at ALFDP: The Association of Law Firm Diversity Professionals, where they serve as a board member, promoting diversity and inclusion within the legal profession. Previously, they worked as the Senior Learning and Development Manager at Slaughter and May, leading business skills development programs and client training. Allison also served as a Learning and Development Manager at Norton Rose Fulbright and worked as a Corporate Associate at Jones Day.

Furthermore, Blixt has an extensive educational background, including a role as a Judicial Extern at the North Carolina Court of Appeals and a Summer Associate at Jones Day and Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP. Additionally, they have experience in coaching and coaching as a Women's Intercollegiate Varsity Field Hockey Assistant Coach and Junior Varsity Head Coach at Hartwick College.
