David Lo

David Lo has extensive work experience in the field of business development and corporate strategy within the life sciences industry. David currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Aqtual, Inc. starting from October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of the Life Science Business Advisory Practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati starting from October 2021. From December 2018 to October 2021, they held the role of Senior Director of Corporate and Business Development at Freenome. Before that, they worked as an independent consultant in business development and licensing from January 2018 to November 2018. David also served as the Director of Corporate and Business Development at Counsyl from April 2017 to November 2017. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Associate Director of Corporate and Business Development at CareDx, Inc. from July 2015 to April 2017, Associate Director of Market Access at Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from October 2013 to July 2015, and Senior Manager of Portfolio Planning and Strategic Development at Allergan (formerly Map Pharmaceuticals) from September 2011 to March 2013. David began their career as a Senior Manager of Business Development at Tethys Bioscience from December 2007 to February 2011. Prior to entering the life sciences industry, they worked as a Vice President and Senior Analyst at ThinkEquity Partners LLC, where they provided investment research coverage for small-to-mid cap life science companies.
