Justin Kaznowski

Justin Kaznowski is a Senior Manager with experience in compensation. At Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Justin evaluates, develops, and implements aspects of base pay, incentive compensation, and time off programs for non-partner attorneys and staff. Prior to this role, at Perkins Coie LLP, Justin was responsible for designing and administering compensation and benefits programs for non-Partner attorneys. With a background in financial analysis and office management, Justin also has experience in overseeing training and career development initiatives. Justin holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of San Francisco.
