Wilson Vale
James Goodwin is an experienced culinary and management professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Area Manager at Wilson Vale Catering Management since November 2013, James previously held the position of Chef Manager at North Yorkshire County Caterers, leading a team of 15 at Huntington Comprehensive School. Additional experience includes tutoring professional cookery at York College, and holding various chef roles, including Head Chef at The Golden Fleece and Sous Chef at Coyaba Restaurant in the Turks & Caicos Islands. James began their culinary journey as a Sous Chef at The Three Hares, where notable achievements included winning Yorkshire Life Magazine's Pub of the Year in 1999. James holds an NVQ Level 4 in Professional Cookery from York College.
