Bjoern Bundschuh has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bjoern started their career as a Marketing and Engineering Intern at Mannesmann Dematic S.A. in Madrid in 1998. Following this, they worked as a Travel Guide and Sports, Logistics & Material Responsible at RuF Trend Touristik GmbH in Spain from 1997 to 1998. In 1999, they worked as a Material Flow Planner at MBO Binder & Co in Portugal.

Bundschuh then joined Siemens Dematic AG in 2000, where they served as a Team Manager and Deputy Department Manager until 2003. Bjoern gained further experience as a Key Account Manager for Automotive & Assembly Systems in South Africa at Siemens Logistics & Assembly (L&A) from 2005 to 2006.

From 2010 to 2013, Bundschuh continued their work at SCHOTT AG, where they served as the Lean Expert and Senior Project Manager Lean Transformation/Deputy Department Manager Lean. Bjoern was responsible for coordinating activities and Best Practice sharing of 55 Lean Managers, managing productivity projects, implementing shop floor management, and training Lean Managers and employees.

In 2013, they joined Mettler Toledo / Pharma Control Electronic as an Operations Manager and Managing Director of a Business Unit. Bjoern'sresponsibilities included managing two production sites, overseeing worldwide technical service, and being responsible for Quality Management, Human Resources, and Controlling.

Most recently, Bundschuh has been working at Wilsonart since 2017 as the European Operations & Lean Sigma.

Bjoern Bundschuh completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IESE Business School from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Engineering, specializing in Industrial Engineering, at the University of Applied Science from 1996 to 2000.
