Elsa Sanchez

Elsa Sanchez has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Elsa is currently the Director of Commercial Effectiveness at Wilsonart. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Sales at Horizons Window Fashions. Before that, they served as the Regional Sales Manager at Springs Window Fashions.

Elsa also has a significant tenure at James Hardie Building Products, where they held multiple positions. As the Area Sales Manager- Interiors, they led a team and implemented a development program, resulting in internal promotions and successful implementation of Salesforce. Elsa also worked as an Organizational Development Specialist, managing sales training and collaborating with senior leaders on onboarding strategies. Elsa started at James Hardie as a Regional Sales Representative II, where they developed new business and managed accounts, including a successful project with the City of Milwaukee. Elsa then served as a Regional Sales Representative, maintaining relationships with major retailers and increasing sales through strategic collaboration. Prior to that, Elsa worked as an Account Representative II/Regional Trainer, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and leveraging their Spanish language skills to close deals. Elsa also worked as a National Account Representative at James Hardie, contributing to increased market share and building strong relationships with store and district managers.

Before their career in sales, Elsa worked as a Photographer at Fred Fox and owned their own photography business called Photography by Elsa.

Elsa Sanchez obtained their Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2001 to 2005.
